Social value

At Mitie, driving positive social change is central to all our activities – from our work with clients to our hiring practices, where we’re committed to providing meaningful employment opportunities that support our core values of equality and inclusion.

Every year we dedicate thousands of volunteer hours to local communities and charities to help drive economic and social progress, whether through encouraging sustainability, supporting health and wellbeing or tackling inequality. It’s all part of our industry-leading ESG programme, aimed at making a meaningful difference to people and our planet.
